Standard Weight Forged Series Here's an incredibly strong connecting rod, designed to take substantial abuse-while keeping the budget racer in mind. Forged from certified aircraft grade alloy steel, these rods are precision machined-held to the same strict sizing and final tolerances as our premium billet rod. A maximum of 7,600 RPM is recommended. These rods are delivered with OLIVER/ARP 8740 chrome moly bolts.

Super Light Forged Series A lighter version of our popular Standard Weight connecting rod. These rods are strong, light, and forged from the same certified aircraft grade alloy steel as our Standard Weight Series and to the same sizing and tolerance specifications as our premium billet rod, while still keeping the budget racer in mind. 7,400 is the maximum recommended RPM. These rods are delivered with OLIVER/ARP 8740 chrome moly bolts.
